Terms & Conditions

Eventry are not responsible for any changes to the event, including the date, the time and length of the performance. In the result of an event cancellation we will not be responsible for any expenses incurred by the customer but we will endeavour to inform the client of any postponement or cancellation of an event.

If the event in question is officially cancelled by the Artist or Promoter then a refund of the transaction amount minus an administration cost will be issued within 28 working days of Eventry announcing the event cancellation.

If an event is officially cancelled by the Artist or Promoter and the tickets have already been dispatched to the client then Eventry will require the exact tickets issued to be returned within 14 working days of announcing the event cancellation. If the tickets are not received by us within 14 working days then Eventry may be unable to issue a refund. If the tickets have already been dispatched then postage costs will not be refunded.

If an event is re-scheduled or postponed by way of moving to an alternative date and/or alternative venue then the tickets purchased will be valid for the new date and/or venue. We regret that we can not accept cancellations or exchanges for a re-scheduled event.

Any complaints or requests regarding any events should be directed to the event organiser.
